I'm Michelle Flemmings, an IT healthcare director and industry thought leader, currently serving as the lead physician executive and clinical strategist for a prominent EHR vendor. With over 30 years of experience as an ER doctor and a deep-seated passion for leadership, I have navigated through numerous leadership positions, equipping me with the know-how to help others excel in their careers.

Despite women making up 48% of all physicians in the US, less than 10% are nonwhite. Research indicates that minority patients are more likely to engage and participate in their healthcare when it is delivered by women physicians, especially those who also belong to minority groups. I'm proud to stand at the intersection of health and care, supporting future generations of talented women physicians in achieving their goals. A portion of the proceeds from my coaching business will fund scholarships for women medical students from ethnic minority groups, ensuring a brighter, more inclusive future in healthcare.
